Ford pressures Red Bull for 'full transparency' in Horner probe


The brewing investigation surrounding Purple Bull Racing crew principal, Christian Horner, has taken a flip as American automotive large Ford has expressed its rising frustration with the shortage of progress and transparency of Purple Bull’s probe.

Weeks into the investigation triggered by allegations of “inappropriate behaviour” in opposition to Horner by a feminine worker of Purple Bull Racing, Ford – which is ready to companion with Purple Bull Powertrains in F1 from 2026 – has written to the power drinks firm demanding a swift and clear decision.



In a letter obtained by the Related Press, Ford CEO Jim Farley has advised Purple Bull that the automotive firm is “more and more pissed off by the shortage of decision or clear indication from you about while you anticipate a good and simply decision of this matter.

“We’re likewise pissed off by the shortage of full transparency surrounding this matter with us, your company companions, and look ahead to receiving an entire account of all findings.”

Farley demanded that Purple Bull give “immediate and severe consideration” to the matter, insisting Ford’s stance is pushed by their dedication to moral conduct.

“As now we have indicated beforehand, with out passable response, Ford’s values are non-negotiable,” added the American government.

“It’s crucial that our racing companions share and show a real dedication to those self same values.”

The letter concludes with a conciliatory tone, providing open communication and reiterating the need for a mutually agreeable decision.

Nevertheless, the underlying message is evident: Ford expects swift and clear motion from Purple Bull, and the clock is ticking.
