West Vancouver, Canada — An 18-year-old man from Maple Ridge, British Columbia died after falling from a chairlift at Cypress Mountain Ski Resort on Thursday night.
The West Vancouver Police Division report that it responded to stories of somebody in medical misery after a fall from a chairlift round 7:27pm on Thursday, January fifteenth. The person was then pronounced lifeless on the scene.
“All out there proof factors to this being a tragic accident. There aren’t any apparent indications of technical or mechanical points with the chairlift. Because the dying seems to be non-suspicious, the investigation is now with the Coroner’s Workplace.” –Suzanne Birch, spokesperson for the West Vancouver Police Division
