• Teaching Temporary & Class Overview

The main focus as we speak might be on absolute energy and muscular endurance within the Entrance Squat. The midline management and engagement within the Entrance Squat is the first focus of the day and bolstered by the Twin Kettlebell Entrance Rack Reverse Lunge in our conditioning piece.

The conditioning piece has two extra leg depth workouts, with a bit midline sandwich of Toes to Bar that can problem athletes within the final spherical as midline interference and leg stamina might be examined.

Entrance Squat 1×7 at 70% 1RM

Entrance Squat 1×5 at 75% 1RM

Entrance Squat 1×3 at 80% 1RM

Entrance Squat 1×5 at 75% 1RM

Entrance Squat 1×7 at 70% 1RM

3 rounds for max reps of:

12 Kettlebell Entrance Rack Reverse Lunges, 53/35 lbs, 1 min

15 Toes-to-bars, 1 min

Max rep Bike Energy, 1 min

Relaxation 1 min

10 Reverse Nordic Curls

Reverse Sled Drag, decide load, 200 ft

Copenhagen Plank, L 20 secs/R 20 secs
