Coming back to Purdue has paid off for QB Ryan Browne


It has been an fascinating journey for Purdue Boilermakers quarterback Ryan Browne, however the twists and turns have led him to the title of QB1.

Browne was introduced as Purdue’s beginning quarterback for 2025 after apply on Thursday. A sophomore from Clarkston, Michigan, he beat out Arkansas sophomore switch Malachi Singleton, junior Bennett Meredith and Washington State redshirt freshman switch Evans Chuba.

All of the aforementioned quarterbacks break up reps in fall camp, however Browne began taking the first-team reps on Monday of this week. It grew to become official with head coach Barry Odom’s announcement.
