The Mt. Bachelor Sports activities Schooling Basis (MBSEF) is searching for a dynamic Government Director to guide its mission of empowering younger athletes by aggressive snow sports activities. Based in 1986, and with roots reaching again to the Skyliners Membership of 1927, MBSEF is a cornerstone of Central Oregon’s out of doors neighborhood.
With a concentrate on Alpine, Nordic, and Freeride applications, MBSEF helps athletes in reaching athletic, educational, and private targets—guided by its core CHASE values: Dedication, Honesty, Accountability, Sportsmanship, and Excellence.
Concerning the Function
The Government Director oversees all points of the group, together with:
Monetary planning and operations
Workers management and human sources
Fundraising and sponsorship growth
Program oversight and athlete help
Neighborhood, associate, and alumni engagement
The ED serves as the general public face of MBSEF, representing the group regionally and nationally, and serving to form its strategic path and future development.
