Two Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies are being hailed as heroes for rescuing two paragliders who obtained misplaced within the fog and ended up crashing into the ocean.
The harrowing scene unfolded round 12:30 p.m. Friday alongside Carbon Seaside in Malibu after two paragliders – a person and lady – plunged into the water. They started paragliding in clear skies however situations quickly turned foggy, inflicting them to develop into disoriented.
The paragliders started drowning as the burden of the gear was dragging them down and cords had wrapped round their toes.
Deputies Christopher Matkin and Sevak Grigoryan responded to the decision for assist and jumped into motion.
