'Why Do We Even Have the Rules?': Chase Briscoe’s Crew Chief Lashes Out At NASCAR for Clash Mess

The Conflict lastly bought underway on the Bowman Grey Stadium after an extended delay on Wednesday, and RFK Racing’s Ryan Preece gained the occasion. However the proceedings weren’t with out the standard drama that constitutes NASCAR racing. This time, it was James Small, the crew chief of Chase Briscoe, who discovered himself fuming.

With 35 laps remaining within the race, NASCAR allowed all groups to go in and refuel their vehicles. This choice was taken after a number of vehicles ran out of gas mid-race. However Small was completely infuriated and let his ideas be recognized on the group radio.

“That is full bullsh**,” Small stated. “Like, you have been meant to start out the race full. These motherf***rs didn’t begin the race full. So it’s their very own downside they’re operating out of gas.” His anger and confusion didn’t scale back even after the race ended, as he known as out the groups for not beginning the occasion with sufficient gas.
