Waterloo Swimming’s boys 400 medley relay of Benjamin Jaggers, Max Laine, Sawyer Stolarczyk, and Julian Rusk swam to a brand new 15-18 Nationwide Age Group (NAG) document on Friday, touching in a 3:41.16. That broke the earlier document of a 3:41.91 set by Nation’s Capital Swim Membership again in 2024.
Cut up Comparability
The most important distinction as we speak was the backstroke leg as Jaggers led off in a 55.35, 1.01 seconds quicker than JT Schmid‘s lead off of a 56.36.
