I had some household ski and experience time this morning. My spouse Harley and two daughters Hannah and Hayleigh meet me within the Village. All of us headed up Morse Mountain and took Halfway over to Madonna Mountain. We had a blast on Chilcoot, Doc Dempsey’s Glades, Higher FIS, and McPherson’s. I loved the small smooth bumps on skier’s left of Higher FIS. I traded my ski boots for snowboard boots and did some driving on Morse Mountain within the afternoon. It was nice to see snow weapons working over at Morse Highlands. It will enable us to open extra terrain and one other elevate within the close to future. Tomorrow we plan to have prime to backside snowboarding and driving on all 3 mountains with 5 lifts working, together with the Madonna 1 Raise. We now have 66 trails open with terrain for all means ranges. 27 trails will likely be groomed for tomorrow, together with McPherson’s, Halfway, Ruthie’s, Magic Studying Path, and Black Snake for a complete of 112 acres of freshly groomed terrain.
