Bryant Hollingsworth is hanging up his teaching headset after twenty years at Lexington.
The longtime soccer coach submitted his resignation Thursday after 21 seasons with this system, together with the previous 16 as head coach. Hollingsworth spent his first seven seasons with the Tigers as an assistant coach.
Hollingsworth, whose resignation is efficient Monday, will take over because the athletic director overseeing Henderson County for grades 6-12.

Lexington made the TSSAA state semifinals twice below Hollingsworth, in 2010 and 2020.
