Laurie Lawrence Swim College Founder Laurie Lawrence says drowning is a “large subject” in Australia.
Mr Lawrence’s feedback come after 35-year-old Seti Tuaopepe drowned at Penrith Seashore on Boxing Day.
Mr Tuaopepe was paddle boarding when he didn’t floor after serving to his youngsters swim above the water.
His physique was recovered later that night.
“Completely devastating,” Mr Lawrence advised Sky Information Australia.
“It impacts not solely the households however the communities that they reside in.”
