Now coming into its fourth yr, the Ladies in Teaching program improves the stability of feminine high-performance coaches to higher replicate the Canadian {golfing} neighborhood. Up to now, this system has supported 25 coaches and goals to extend the variety of educated feminine high-performance coaches by intentional supply {of professional} improvement alternatives.

The year-long program is targeted on 4 major areas: digital studying periods, individualized studying plans with month-to-month check-ins led by coach developer Beth Barz, coach shadowing alternatives, and an in-person technical improvement session.
