FIS Appears to be like Again on 2024/25 and Forward to Subsequent Winter

The Worldwide Ski & Snowboard Federation, FIS claims it’s in a wholesome place on the eve of an Olympic season.
The success of its Improvement Camps in 2024/25 are being burdened:
6,650 growth days delivered815 athletes and coaches instantly supported57 Nationwide Ski Associations (NSAs) engaged87.7% of all FIS creating NSAs participated in growth actions
“The 2024/25 season marked a transformative chapter for the FIS Improvement Program,” stated FIS Secretary Normal, Michel Vion.
“With over 6,600 snowboarding and snowboarding days delivered throughout three continents and a document 87% participation from our creating Nationwide Ski Associations (NSAs), we’ve seen the ability of structured, inclusive, and globally coordinated growth.”
Most not too long ago, FIS welcomed new members to the organisation as is continues to develop snow sports activities world wide.
Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia have been introduced as full members, every having voting rights the place relevant.
Benin, Bhutan, and Indonesia additionally joined as affiliate members.
With these nations aboard, FIS now has 141 members.
The 2025/2026 season sees the Winter Olympics and Paralympics in Milan-Cortina.
