Friday’s relay disappointment was largely dispelled by a dominant efficiency by Arizona State, with a meet and convention report of two:44.03. They dashed the meet report by greater than 4 seconds, with Texas’s 2018 mark of two:48.35 obliterated. The convention mark had been the 2019 time of Texas from NCAAs at 2:45.12.
Ilya Kharun break up 41.72 off the entrance, with Patrick Sammon in 40.34 and Jonny Kulow 40.48 on the top. Third leg Tommy Palmer was 41.49, and the begins have been protected this tsime round.
Arizona was second, although not bettering their A minimize in 2:49.41, having been 2:48.65 in season. BYU was third.
