Boss admits MotoGP could be bought by F1 owner


Feb.28 (GMM) Carmelo Ezpeleta, MotoGP’s long-time boss, isn’t denying that the premier two-wheeled class may very well be purchased by F1 proprietor Liberty Media.

Swirling rumours stepped up an extra gear this week, with stories in Spain suggesting that MotoGP promoter Dorna Sports activities’ present proprietor, Bridgepoint, may additionally be in talks over a billion-dollar deal.
