Canadian women’s U19 basketball team finishes fourth at World Cup


Canada fell simply wanting a second consecutive World Cup podium look on Sunday.

The nationwide under-19 ladies’s basketball group completed fourth within the biennial event after falling 70-68 in opposition to Spain within the bronze-medal recreation in Brno, Czechia.



Canada had a shot to tie the sport within the remaining 10 seconds, however an Avery Howell layup try rimmed out.
