Olympic Weightlifting will not be a sport you can ‘repair’ with a 20 second Instagram/TikTok reel.

♦️ Actual talent in olympic weightlifting is a product of neuromuscular adaptation, not wishful considering.Actual progress wants actual work, there isn’t a magic methods!

↪️ Each elevate is a posh full physique talent, that requires 1000’s of repetitions to encode it into your central nervous system, so you will get higher at it.

⭕️ Your mind 🧠 and physique, (muscle tissues, tendons, joints) study by repetition, follow and suggestions.

🔎 Biomechanics matter. Issues like bar trajectory, physique place and joint angles, timing, and power, all have to be skilled the proper manner, again and again, not rushed with methods.

🔗 Muscle reminiscence isn’t magic or some miracles, it’s constructed by doing the proper factor, many times and once more, till it sticks in your nervous system, constructing neural pathways repetition after repetition always.
