Floyd Mayweather had over 25 world title fights but says one man stood out as the best he faced

Floyd Mayweather shared the ring with quite a few boxing icons all through his illustrious profession.

Mayweather is extensively considered one of many best fighters of all time, hanging up his gloves with an ideal unbeaten file of 50-0.

He turned a five-division world champion from super-featherweight to gentle middleweight throughout that point, defeating legends equivalent to Manny Pacquiao, Oscar De La Hoya and Canelo Alvarez over time.

After a complete of 26 world title fights, one man stands out for Mayweather as the perfect he ever fought, telling the Million Dollaz Price of Sport podcast that Pacquiao holds that honour.

“One of the best fighter I ever fought most likely was Manny Pacquiao.

It’s due to his motion. He’s a hell of a fighter, and I can see why he gained so many fights, and I can see why he’s happening as a Corridor of Famer. It’s simply sure strikes he makes.”

After years of hypothesis, Mayweather and Pacquiao lastly fought again in Could 2015, with the American claiming a unanimous resolution victory.

Whereas ‘Pac-Man’ might have come up quick in that bout, it’s clear to see why Mayweather views the Filipino legend as his best ever opponent, as Pacquiao picked up world honours in a file eight divisions throughout his profession.

He made a sensational return to the game again in July on the age of 46 when he fought to a draw with WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios, and has really been linked to a shock rematch in opposition to Mayweather in current weeks.
