13 miles complete @ 10:49 tempo with 2,877 ft of climbing.
On Saturday, I advised myself my purpose was to run the whole Y path, however I ended up climbing for about 2 minutes. If we’re hitting each purpose, we aren’t setting sufficiently big objectives. I’ll maintain attempting till I run the entire approach (and rise up it quicker than I did in 2019;). There’s a cause I’ve prevented this section for six years haha.
I actually want that Max might be part of me for my path race in August.
Skye’s two meals teams are fruit and dairy (largely yogurt), so after we had been doing errands and I noticed an indication for strawberries and cream and strawberry sundaes, I made an instantaneous U-turn. They had been excellent.
