Kevin Campbell cause of death: What did the former Arsenal and Everton player die of at 54?


Kevin Campbell, a former ahead who performed for Arsenal and Everton, has died. He was 54.

Arsenal and Everton introduced the dying of Campbell on Saturday, with the London membership saying in a publish on X that he had died “after a brief sickness.”

Arsenal posted a press release on its web site, detailing Campbell’s profession.

“Everybody at Arsenal is devastated to listen to of the dying of our much-loved former participant Kevin Campbell, on the age of 54,” it started.

“A boyhood Arsenal supporter, Kevin joined our youth setup in 1985 aged 15 and shortly set about demonstrating his unbelievable eye for aim, turning into probably the most prolific younger striker within the nation.”

Campbell scored 59 targets in 228 appearances for Arsenal and helped it win the league title in 1991. He additionally gained the FA Cup, League Cup and European Cup Winner’s Cup with the London-based staff earlier than transferring to Nottingham Forest in 1995.

A short spell in Turkish soccer additionally adopted earlier than Campbell joined Everton in March 1999.

Everton mentioned in a press release that the membership is “deeply saddened to study of the passing of one of many membership’s hottest and much-loved former strikers.”
