Mercedes denies deal with Ineos ‘close to splitting’


Feb.20 (GMM) Mercedes’ Formulation 1 workforce has denied it might be about to lose its one-third proprietor and main sponsor Ineos.

The Telegraph newspaper reviews that Toto Wolff was at odds with fellow one-third workforce proprietor Sir Jim Ratcliffe, founder and CEO of the chemical substances firm, final 12 months.

Correspondent Tom Cary mentioned they “got here near splitting”.
