The NBA won’t contemplate shifting the All-Star Recreation from the Los Angeles Clippers’ Intuit Dome amid their investigation into alleged cap circumvention involving Kawhi Leonard. Leonard had a $28 million endorsement contract with Aspiration, an organization with ties to Steve Ballmer and Dennis Wong.
