A Northern Cape household of one of many teenage boys who drowned in Hartsrivier in Delportshoop on Wednesday is blaming the South African Police Service (SAPS) for not responding swiftly. Fourteen 12 months previous Falake Bebeza and 13 12 months previous Tlotlo Baranye tried to swim within the river and sadly drowned. Their our bodies had been retrieved by Northern Cape and Northwest Search and Rescue Items yesterday.
