This particular person will present management in three main areas: recruiting, student-athlete improvement, and school steering. Key Duties
Recruiting, Program, and Pupil-Athlete Improvement
Collaborate with group workers, NYSEF coaches, and the admissions workplace to recruit top-tier student-athletes.
Develop and preserve recruiting pipelines, concentrating on households that align with Northwood’s enrollment and monetary targets.
Lead and develop power and conditioning programming.
