1. HOW TO FIND IT
We simply added the flexibility so as to add coaches notes to notes, weigh-ins and relaxation days. Similar to our exercises, the extra notes are unavailable till the observe/exercise is saved.
When a Word is saved, the “Coaches Word” tab turns into seen.
