Nothing like a busy week to make post-race restoration occur naturally… some days I ran, some days I didn’t, and most days had been shorter. I wrapped up final week with 5 miles @ 8:35 tempo.
Now that I’m performed with my race (and I’ll have a bit extra time with children at school quickly), I’m excited to give attention to power and pull-ups once more.
