LONDON — High-ranked Novak Djokovic has break up with coach Goran Ivanisevic, ending their affiliation that started in 2018 and included 12 Grand Slam titles for the Serbian tennis participant.
In a put up on Instagram revealed Wednesday, Djokovic stated he stopped working with Ivanisevic “a couple of days in the past.”
“Our on-court chemistry had its ups and downs,” Djokovic wrote, “however our friendship was at all times rock strong.”
With the assistance of Ivanisevic, Djokovic has taken his complete to a report 24 males’s Grand Slam titles.
He has but to win a title in 2024, although, dropping within the semifinals of the Australian Open in January and the third spherical in Indian Wells this month. He’s now preparing for the clay-court season.
