Matt Patricia, the previous head coach of the Detroit Lions and a longtime assistant beneath Invoice Belichick with the New England Patriots, was employed forward of the 2025 season to switch Jim Knowles.
Patricia was instantly a great match each as a coach and a recruiter, and Ohio State’s protection flourished beneath his management in 2025.

That is in line with Buckeyes reporter Invoice Landis, who stories that Patricia’s new take care of OSU is a three-year contract value $11.45 million.
