The Detroit Pistons lately waived ahead/heart Paul Reed.
Reed, claimed off waivers by the Pistons on July 9, 2024, is averaging 4.8 factors and 1.9 rebounds in 12 video games this season.
Per the Detroit Free Press, “the Pistons, after transferring on from Reed’s $7.7 million in wage, have dropped beneath the NBA’s wage flooring of $126.5 million by roughly $1.4 million, in line with ESPN. The CBA dictates groups are required to succeed in the ground by the tip of Sunday. Reed’s wage would’ve been assured on Jan. 10.”
