We’ve got one other set of wrestling newlyweds as WWE’s Rhea Ripley and AEW’s Buddy Matthews have formally tied the knot.
Ripley posted the information on her Instagram with the caption, “Til Loss of life” and lists their marriage date as June 23. The couple introduced their engagement final August. They’ve been collectively since 2022.
Ripley has been out of motion since April after efficiently defending the Girls’s World Championship in opposition to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania. Ripley needed to relinquish the title as a consequence of damage. The title then went to Lynch after successful a Battle Royal, however is now held by Liv Morgan.
