Rick Derringer, who’s greatest often called the singer for WWE Corridor of Famer Hulk Hogan’s “Actual American” theme music, has handed away at age 77.
In accordance with F4WOnline, Derringer’s affiliation with WWE first started through the Nineteen Eighties Rock ‘n’ Wrestling with Cyndi Lauper. In 1985, Derringer and David Wolff produced The Wrestling Album, which included Hogan’s “Actual American,” theme music, Junkyard Canine’s “Seize Them Muffins,” and Hillbilly Jim’s “Don’t Go Messin’ with a Nation Boy.”
In 1987, Derringer made his return to WWE, producing Piledriver: The Wrestling Album II. The album featured the theme songs for Demolition, Honky Tonk Man, Slick’s “Jive Soul Bro,” and Vince McMahon performing his model “Stand Again.”
