* Group class attendance to do The Open exercise on Friday counts towards these totals!
Do the Open Exercise in Class
Full the Open exercise IN a bunch class on Friday. NOTE! Sure, you get double factors right here! Should you attend group class on Friday it counts towards your weekly attendance complete AND on this class.
4 factors – do the exercise in a bunch class on Friday OR at one other affiliate in a bunch class.
2 factors – do the exercise exterior of sophistication, and with a decide, clearly.
Put on Your Crew’s Shade or Crew Shirt
Put on a shirt that sports activities your crew’s colour once you do The Open exercise and earn 2 factors.
