The Prodigy, Roxanne Perez, has made it to 200 days as NXT Ladies’s Champion as of Oct. 23. That is her second reign being considered one of solely three ladies to win the belt on two events (Shayna Baszler and Charlotte Aptitude being the opposite two). In her first reign, Perez had held the title for 108 days.
Perez received the title for this second time from Lyra Valkyria at Stand & Ship in April. Since then she has efficiently defended towards Valkyria, Natalya, Tatum Paxley, Jaida Parker, Chelsea Inexperienced, Lola Vice, Thea Hail, Jordynne Grace, and most just lately, Giulia. She has had eight title defenses in over six months.
At the moment, Perez is ready to staff with Cora Jade to tackle Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer this weekend at Halloween Havoc.
