Skilled skier Nick Goepper is bringing denims again.
In a current Instagram video, he revealed the “solely” purpose to don the denim on the slopes.

Yup. You heard that proper. They provide you big… er, stability enhancements. Proper? Proper.
Okay, you bought me. I knew he was going to say balls.
Foolish Instagram reels have been Goepper’s M.O. since his post-retirement comeback. Final winter, it appeared that the slopestyle legend—he is gained quite a few X Video games and Olympic medals—was lastly calling it quits. He’d introduced his retirement, dropped most of his sponsors, and seemed to be on the lookout for his subsequent “factor.”
Then, out of the blue, Goepper began sharing goofy, off-brand Instagram reels earlier than asserting that he was retiring from retirement and would return to competitors as a halfpipe skier. As I wrote then, it was all a bit surreal. For years, Goepper had maintained a straight-faced, at all times appropriate for T.V. athlete persona. All of a sudden, he was letting his guard down and cracking PG-13 jokes (gasp!).Â
And pivoting from slopestyle to halfpipe is not any small feat. Halfpipe is taken into account some of the, if not essentially the most, technical freestyle disciplines. Sometimes, podiums on this self-discipline require years upon years of particular aggressive expertise.
However for Goepper, relative success has come rapidly, proving that he is nonetheless received it after a short retirement. He took fourth at this previous weekend’s X Video games Superpipe Occasion. And the perfect half? He wore these balance-improving denims.
