The WWE Velocity Championship has modified arms.
In response to followers in attendance, WWE taped a match for WWE Velocity previous to the November 15 episode of WWE SmackDown. Andrade defended the WWE Velocity Championship in opposition to Dragon Lee, and Lee scored the win. In doing so, he captured the title, which marked his first title win in WWE.
Dragon Lee beforehand beat Tavion Heights and Akira Tozawa within the Quantity One Contender’s Event to earn a shot at Andrade.
Andrade beat Ricochet to win the title on the June 14 episode. His reign ended at 151 days. Throughout his reign, he defended the title in opposition to Pete Dunne, Baron Corbin, and Xavier Woods.
