Anderson attends Bacon Academy, which doesn’t have a pool, so she does her highschool swimming with the Manchester Excessive College co-op, as her father did some 30 years in the past. Riley Anderson is the 2-time defending Connecticut highschool state champion within the 50 free, having received the State Open and Class S titles in 2022 and the State Open and Class LL titles in 2023. As a sophomore, in 2023, she additionally received the 100 free and, with a fully-integrated Bacon Academy within the co-op, Manchester completed 4th on the Connecticut State Open behind Greenwich, Ridgefield, and Cheshire.
