I joined my good friend Jenisy for her half-marathon exercise yesterday—12 miles complete with 3 miles down the canyon @ 6:35 common. Issues are beginning to click on once more.

My Boston watching buddies. There isn’t a race on the market that conjures up me greater than once I watch Boston. Wow. Conner Mantz had an enormous PR and ran the second quickest time by an American on that course. Additionally, three BYU alumni completed within the high 10 at Boston this 12 months. Jess McClain’s 2:22 was unbelievable, and to see Des Linden and Sara Corridor working 2:26s of their 40s was so inspiring. I beloved getting my buddies’ updates alongside the best way, and so they all did unbelievable. Now I need to do it subsequent 12 months.


It was a soccer, run membership, and film in entrance of me and Brooke’s outdated residence form of a day.

Now for some tangents:
*Andrew’s subsequent race course profile. I climbed 1,000 toes on a highway bike a couple of weeks in the past and thought my legs have been going to fall off by the top, and his upcoming race is 10 occasions that and on a technical mountain biking course. I’m so excited for him.


*This loaf was a little bit aggressive with its rising.
