After Mercedes Moné retained the TBS Championship from Alex Windsor on this week’s Dynamite, the previous and inaugural AEW Girls’s World Champion – Riho made her return.
Riho final appeared on Dynamite in March 2024 which so occurred to be the present that Moné debuted at. She had misplaced a match to Willow Nightingale. Her re-emergence has given her a title alternative as she’s going to face Moné for the TBS Title at All Out on Sept. 20.
Moné is at the moment sitting at 466 days and counting as champion. As of her win over Windsor, this was her twentieth title protection.
