The Jets ripped away their safety net with Aaron Rodgers breakup

The Jets on Thursday made a transfer that, for weeks, we’ve recognized was coming after they introduced that they’re parting methods with Aaron Rodgers.

Although anticipated, the maneuver was a daring one on the a part of the newly employed regime — head coach Aaron Glenn and normal supervisor Darren Mougey — as a result of they’re now strolling a tightrope and not using a security internet.

Glenn and Mougey inherited a roster that’s hardly naked, one which has sufficient expertise that it needs to be able to compete in 2025 … aside from one minor subject: They don’t have a beginning quarterback.

Except you rely injury-prone journeyman Tyrod Taylor as the reply.
