An athlete has been doing CrossFit for 12 years & struggled with many Rx’d loadings. They’re 40 years previous & observed an issue in bettering power. They need to know if they need to apply a progressive overload method to day by day Crossfit exercises, pursue a devoted power program or just wrestle by means of the Rx’d loadings every day.
