Carnell Warren is a four-star vast receiver from Bluffton, South Carolina, who had been dedicated to VT because the second day of January.
That is a dedication that not stands, as Warren introduced Thursday on social media that he is opening his recruitment again up.
“After lengthy ideas and consideration, I am opening my recruitment again up. I wanna thank everybody in Blacksburg for every part, it means quite a bit,” he wrote on X, the platform previously often known as Twitter.
