Why, How & When I started weightlifting


A little bit story time on a Monday on how, when & why I began Weightlifting 🏋🏻‍♂️

Within the metropolis I used to be born (Peqin ALB) have been solely two sports activities. Soccer and Weightlifting. I had cousins enjoying each sports activities however one among my father’s cousin (Juli) used to do Weightlifting, so he would deliver me alongside the weightlifting health club since I used to be 4 or 5 years outdated. So perhaps that’s how my love for the game began.



I requested my dad and mom how did I begin weightlifting? Was I asking or did they register me so I had one thing to do on my free time? Seems I requested them to register me in weightlifting as a result of I needed to elevate weights and be sturdy just like the man that my cousin was coaching with, he was the primary European champion for Albania. I believe I used to be 6 years outdated once I began, it was summer time and all the blokes on the health club bear in mind my first day of coaching.
