• Teaching Notes
At present’s session is easy and targeted. We’ll interact in a mixture of rowing, energy snatches, operating, and energy cleans. The emphasis is on sustaining a gentle tempo whereas figuring out areas to push tougher and areas to carry again. Our goal is to start with a correct warm-up, adopted by focused preparation for the exercise, permitting athletes to completely decide to this session as the first objective of the day.
