WOD: Friday 241018

It’s at all times a great way to finish the week with some Snatches.

• Teaching Notes

We’re working right into a targeted day on the Snatch day with the emphasis on the low cling place, each from a pause from the ground with the segmented snatch, then again to the low cling with extra dynamic pressure from the highest down working our method into the raise. We’re using this motion to construct us to high quality positions and develop our capability to remain over the bar in a stable place on every raise.

After the Snatch work we will likely be loading the barbell as much as the Deadlift working masses. This should not take too lengthy and simply take a pair changes to get there. We are going to then want to only contact on Toe to Bar and Handstand Push-Up scaling with the first emphasis on Strict Overhead work and constructing right into a dynamic kip swing for the Toe to Bar.
