• Teaching Transient & Class Overview
At present’s session is a mixture of technical barbell power work adopted by a conditioning AMRAP centered on midline endurance, squat stamina, and dumbbell biking. Athletes will work by a posh of squat cleans and jerks, then hit a fast-moving triplet for 10 minutes.
