Chest day, Finest day!

• Teaching Transient & Class Overview

At present, we’re tackling an higher physique power targeted session with our ladder fashion Bench exercise that has us going as much as 3 reps heavy, whereas including in two drop units of 5 and seven reps. Bench Press 1×7 at 70% 1RM

Bench Press 1×5 at 75% 1RM

Bench Press 1×3 at 80% 1RM

Bench Press 1×5 at 75% 1RM

Bench Press 1×7 at 70% 1RM

5 rounds, 2 minutes every, for max reps of:

16/13 Assault Bike

15/10 Push-ups

Max reps in remaining time Toes-to-bars

Relaxation 1 min

Equipment:

3 rounds for high quality of:

12 Dumbbell Pull Overs, choose load

12 Dumbbell Cranium Crushers, choose load

Standing Paloff Banded Press Maintain, L 30 secs/R 30 secs
