•Teaching Temporary & Class Overview
At present opens with a technical and power-driven snatch session geared toward reinforcing bar path and velocity beneath the bar. The primary 5 units use touch-and-go doubles at 75% to dial in rhythm and positioning, adopted by heavier singles within the 80–90% vary to develop top-end energy. After lifting, athletes will dive into “You Can’t Deal with the Fact,” a fast-paced 10-minute AMRAP combining toes-to-bar, double unders, and overhead squats. The purpose is regular turnover and grip endurance—break early on toes-to-bar if wanted and preserve effectivity on overhead squats with a steady midline and energetic shoulders. Elective accent work consists of core stability, overhead positioning, and knee well being—excellent for athletes seeking to reinforce structural stability and resilience.
