“Snatch Burn” then challenges barbell management and shoulder endurance inside brief intervals. Double unders set the rhythm, dangle squat snatches reward composure beneath the bar, and Satan’s Press deliver a gritty end. Success hinges on sharp kind and regular respiratory — athletes who resist the urge to dash early will keep high quality throughout all 5 rounds.

Snatch Advanced

Each 90 seconds x 8 Units

Energy Snatch + Hold Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat

Begin @ 60% of 1RM Snatch and improve hundreds to heavy for the day

– Energy Snatch + Overhead Lunge for these engaged on mobility

– Mobility Issues: Energy Clear + Hold Clear + Entrance Squat

Degree 1: 3 Hold Energy + 1 Overhead Squat @ mild hundreds
