In the present day the main focus is on testing our 5RM Bench Press. We are going to then be including in a easy escalating ladder of Strict Pull-Ups and Push-Ups with a pleasant little shakeout run between efforts. This exercise is easy and provides some quantity body weight pushing and pulling to the combo to get athletes constructing capability and permitting them to only go with out considering an excessive amount of throughout the exercise.
