We are going to then be including in a easy escalating ladder of Strict Pull-Ups and Push-Ups with a pleasant little shakeout run between efforts. 12 Barbell Cranium Crushers, choose load

12 Glute Bridge Dumbbell Pull Overs, choose load

Kettlebell Entrance Rack + Overhead Carry, choose load, L 50 ft/R 50 ft
