That exercise title is loopy.

• Teaching Temporary & Class Overview

Right now’s class focuses on barbell biking effectivity, explosive energy, and managed pacing. Athletes will first construct to a three-rep max energy clear and push jerk, reinforcing robust motion mechanics beneath fatigue. The conditioning exercise is a fast-paced triplet that calls for a steadiness of constant working, environment friendly burpee field leap overs, and strategic barbell biking.

weightlifting:

Take 10 minutes to Set up 3RM Energy Clear and Push Jerk.

metcon: “Piss Excellence”

5 rounds for time of:

Run, 200 m

9 Burpee Field Leap Overs, 24/20 in

6 Energy Clear & Push Jerks, 185/125 lbs

Time Area: 11:00-15:00

Time Cap: 18:00

Equipment:

Each 1 min for 10 minutes, alternating between:

15 Weighted GHD Hip Extensions, choose load

12 Ring Hamstring Curls
